「アクロポリスから徒歩5分のザフォリアという素晴らしいホテルに泊まりました。部屋の至るところに大理石が使用され、毎日夕方になるとプールを何往復も泳いでホテルのスタッフに大いに迷惑がられたものです。ランチは大抵、パルテノン神殿の建つ丘のふもとのプラカ地区にあるベジタリアン・レストランで食べました。そこの味が気に入ったのです。ディナーにはどこに行っていたのか全く覚えていません。滞在中は周囲から完全に孤立していました。朝にアクロポリスで撮影し、ランチに行って、それからもう少し撮影して、ホテルに帰って泳いでからどこか近くで夕食をとる。これが私の日々の全てでした。」－トッド・パパジョージ
