KeeleyによるBOSSのDS-1Mod.「Ultra」です。
購入時期は忘れてしまいましたが、タハラ楽器さん取扱初期だったと思います(2000年代中盤？)。
Toneポットが割れてしまいましたので、東京エフェクター様にて同じものと交換して頂きました。
またボードに固定しておりました際にマジックテープを使用し、それを剥がす際にステッカーも一緒に剥がれてしまいました。
以上ですがあまり使用しておりませんでしたので比較的綺麗な状態だとは思います(ポット交換は昨年行い、トータル・チェックもして頂きましたのでガリ等もございません)。
付属品はありません。
