ご存知The Beatlesのメンバーだった「John Lennon」が愛用していたことでも知られているGibson J-160Eのエピフォンバージョン！
 
ラウンドショルダースタイルで、BODY TOPに単板スプルース、SIDE/BACKに合板マホガニーを採用。
 
BODY/NECK共にグロスフィニッシュ。
 
一番の特徴は、BODY TOP指板エッジとサウンドホールの間にマグネチックピックアップをマウントしている点です！これにより従来の14フレットジョイントではなく「15フレットジョイント」になっています。その昔、Gibsonが14フレットジョイントのラウンドショルダー・アコースティックギターを製作する際、12フレットジョイントのBODYはそのままにし、NECKをBODYから2フレット分引き抜く形でスライドさせるという発想と同じですね。また、VolumeとToneをノブでコントロールが可能です！
 
ピエゾピックアップではなく、マグネットピックアップが搭載されていることも相まって、エレキギター用の弦を張るのがおススメです♪
 
ペグは伝統的なクルーソンタイプを採用。
