मुलुंडमध्ये १३८ NI Act (चेक बाउन्स) प्रकरणांसाठी स्वतंत्र न्यायालय २ महिन्यात सुरू होणार!
मुलुंड न्यायालयातील अडचणींवर तातडीची कारवाई, कामाला दिशा!
मुलुंडमधील नागरिक व कायदेशीर प्रतिनिधी यांनी १३८ NI Act अंतर्गत वाढत्या खटल्यांसाठी जागेच्या कमतरतेचा मुद्दा आमच्या कार्यालयात मांडला.
या समस्येची गंभीर दखल घेऊन मी स्वतः स्थानिक ठिकाणी भेट देऊन पाहणी केली. या वेळी माझ्यासोबत तहसीलदार कुर्ला (मुलुंड), सार्वजनिक बांधकाम विभागाचे अधिकारी (PWD), बार कौन्सिलचे सदस्य उपस्थित होते.
तात्पुरत्या स्वरूपात तहसील कार्यालयाच्या इमारतीत न्यायालयासाठी जागा उपलब्ध करून दिली जाईल.
मुलुंडकरांना न्यायप्रक्रियेमध्ये कोणतीही अडचण येऊ नये, यासाठी आम्ही सतत प्रयत्नशील आहोत.______________________________________________
Good News for Mulundkars!
A dedicated court for 138 NI Act (Cheque Bounce) cases to be operational in Mulund within just 2 months!
Swift action was taken to address challenges at the Mulund court – work is now moving in the right direction!
Today, citizens and legal representatives from Mulund raised concerns regarding the increasing number of 138 NI Act cases and the shortage of courtroom space at the local level.
Taking serious note of this issue, I personally visited the site for inspection.
During the visit, I was accompanied by the Tehsildar of Kurla (Mulund), officials from the Public Works Department (PWD), and members of the Bar Council.
As an immediate solution, space within the Tehsil office building will be temporarily allocated for the functioning of the new court.
We remain committed to ensuring that Mulund residents face no hurdles in accessing justice. Efforts are ongoing to strengthen judicial infrastructure in the region.
