Contract of Rs 129cr given in 2018 for constructing bridge in Borivali, 3 years later same contractor awarded Rs300 cr contract for additional work of same bridge. Blatant Violation of CVC Guidelines and Bmc commissioners circular. Sheer loot of public money.
